1. Acceptance of these Terms

By tapping "Accept", creating an account, or otherwise using BeMyGuy (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BeMyGuy. The Service is intended for adults seeking genuine connections and is not for anyone under 18 under any circumstances.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and not be barred from using the Service under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or your country of residence.

By using BeMyGuy you represent that you have never been convicted of a felony or sex‑related offence, and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any authority.

3. Your account and verification

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Provide accurate, current and complete details, and keep them up to date.

We use email codes, phone numbers and an in‑browser selfie check to help confirm that members are real. Verification reduces — but does not eliminate — the risk of bad actors. A verified badge is not a guarantee about any person's identity, intentions or conduct.

You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself, share your account, or maintain more than one account without our permission.

4. How BeMyGuy works (women‑first)

BeMyGuy is designed so that women browse and express interest first. A man's profile is shown to women; a man sees a woman only after she has chosen to show interest in him.

Expressing interest, matching, and messaging are features we provide to help you connect. We do not promise that you will receive interest, matches, replies, or any particular outcome.

We may change, add or remove features at any time to improve or protect the Service.

5. Community standards and acceptable use

Treat other members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, sexual content involving minors, solicitation, scams, spam, and the sharing of others' private information are strictly prohibited.

Do not use BeMyGuy for any commercial solicitation, fraud, money requests, "romance scams", or to promote other platforms or services without our written permission.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, content that is unlawful, or content that infringes anyone's rights.

6. Safety and meeting in person

Your safety is your responsibility. Never send money or financial information to anyone you meet on BeMyGuy. Be cautious about sharing personal details and meet in public places, telling someone you trust where you will be.

We do not conduct criminal background checks beyond the verification described above. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, online and offline.

If someone makes you feel unsafe, stop communicating and report them in the app. In an emergency, contact your local authorities.

7. Content and licence

You retain ownership of the photos, text and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, store, display and use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content and the consequences of sharing it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful, at our discretion.

8. Enforcement, suspension and termination

We may warn, limit, suspend or permanently remove accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other members or to the Service, with or without notice.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. Some information may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

9. Fees

BeMyGuy is currently free to join and use. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; if we do, the price and terms will be made clear before you pay, and no charge will be made without your consent.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free, that defects will be corrected, or that any content or member is accurate, reliable or trustworthy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeMyGuy and Bullion Go Neat Global Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your interactions with other members.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree that the courts of Nigeria will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
